You might be here because…
- Your teen seems anxious, withdrawn, irritable, or overwhelmed
- School stress, friendships, identity questions, or family changes feel like too much
- You’ve tried talking things through, but nothing seems to help
- You’re unsure if counselling is the right step — but something doesn’t feel okay
Reaching out doesn’t mean something is “wrong.” It means you’re paying attention and looking for support.
What sessions are like
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and practical. There’s no pressure to talk about everything at once — we move at a pace that feels manageable.
Together, we focus on understanding what’s really going on, building coping strategies that fit real life, and helping things feel more manageable, one step at a time.
Who I support
I work with youth and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, school stress, identity exploration, family changes, grief, and substance use concerns.
I also support parents who want guidance in understanding and supporting their teen.
What a free consultation looks like
- A brief phone or video call
- A chance to share what’s been going on or ask questions
- No pressure or obligation to book ongoing sessions
It’s simply a chance to connect and see if this feels like a good fit.
