You Might Be Here Because
Reaching out doesn't mean something is "wrong." It usually means someone you love is going through something hard, and you're looking for the right kind of support.
No pressure to talk about everything at once. Together we look at what's really going on, build coping strategies that fit real life, and help things feel more manageable — one step at a time.
A 15-minute phone or video chat — no pressure, no obligation.
You share what's been going on. I listen and answer questions.
If it feels like a good fit, we book a first session. If not, that's okay too.
I work with people roughly 10 to 25, and often with the parents who love them. Whatever brought you here, we can start with a conversation.
In-person on the Saanich Peninsula, or secure video anywhere in British Columbia.
Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. Many extended health plans reimburse Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) fees.
Youth and young adults, roughly ages 10–25.
We'll take our time. I'll ask about what's going on, what's been tried, answer your questions, and together we'll decide on a helpful next step. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
Both. I offer in-person counselling in Brentwood Bay and secure online sessions anywhere in British Columbia.
Whether you're reaching out for yourself, your teenager, or simply have questions, the first conversation is free. No pressure. Just a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.
