Something feels off — and you're paying attention.

Reaching out doesn't mean something is "wrong." It usually means someone you love is going through something hard, and you're looking for the right kind of support.

  • Your teen seems anxious, withdrawn, irritable, or overwhelmed
  • School stress, friendships, grief, mental health, or family changes feel like too much
  • You've tried talking things through, but nothing seems to help
  • You're unsure if counselling is the right step—but something doesn't feel okay
WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE

Calm, collaborative, and moving at your pace.

No pressure to talk about everything at once. Together we look at what's really going on, build coping strategies that fit real life, and help things feel more manageable — one step at a time.

Step 1

A short call

A 15-minute phone or video chat — no pressure, no obligation.

Step 2

A real conversation

You share what's been going on. I listen and answer questions.

Step 3

A next step

If it feels like a good fit, we book a first session. If not, that's okay too.

Youth and young adults,
navigating a lot at once.

I work with people roughly 10 to 25, and often with the parents who love them. Whatever brought you here, we can start with a conversation.

A quiet first step — no pressure, no obligation.

  • A brief phone or video call.
  • Share what's been going on, or just ask questions.
  • See if it feels like a good fit — that's it.
